Is the marking possibly 3596 v?
If so, the tablet contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

This is one of the dosages that will be changing soon, by January of 2014, all of these combination medications will be changed to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose.
