These are horrible, Accord Clonazepam. I'll be glad when I get my new script and can go back to TEVA.

Demand from the doctor actual Klonopin, the band name. Teva's problems cannot be allowed to screw up people's lives like this.

Exactly. Thats what I did. I got sick and tired of generic meds that are ineffective..I've been on brand Klonopin 1mg x3 a day. BTW, Teva no longer makes clonzapham.

I was on Sandoz Clonazepam 0.5 mg brand 3 to 4 times a day for over 8 years, sadly they no longer make it anymore I had to switch to Accord that was all my Pharmacy could find. My Dr got smart early on and given me the heads up and was able to ordered me some Sandoz brand to help me work into switching over to ACCORD as my replacement med. After slowly mixing the two taking away a little each day of the Sandoz until I was only taking ACCORD for a month 1/2 I'm doing pretty good. Had one bad day, other then that I'm not noticing much difference except it wears off a half hour less time wise then Sandoz did. That is fine cause my DR just added a couple of more pills to my monthly script. Anyhow I'm sure all of you realize it takes awhile for your body to get used to a difference med even if they are all suppose to be made the same way, least that is what my Dr told me.

I have used both the 1 mg green for the longest time and they (Rite Aid) keeps switching them out to the blue. I have not noticed a difference while taking them for many years for anxiety disorder.

Walmart has the worst garbage of most generics. I would never use them again. I'm now at a mom and pop pharmacy and pray they don't get swallowed up by the big pharmas. I now get calls from the pharmacist if something's not right. Walmart, never happened. They truly suck.

Know it takes a long time to get used to them. As I said took me over a month and a half. What my Dr said your body goes through withdrawals, it could take some longer up to 6 months depending how much you take and how long. I'll admit I did get my pharmacy to find some Sandoz for bad days and used one yesterday, the Accord for whatever reason wasn't working as it had. I'm not sure if it's a new batch cause I got a new script or what. They are testing to see if the compound is missing something, and will get back with me.

I called Rite Aid and told them the accords made me ill. I could not get off couch. I was watching my grand daughter and I felt very shaky, blurred vision and many other symptoms. They said they would switch them for different blue ones they had. I am going to switch pharmacies on Tuesday.

You are probably going through withdrawal if you are taking Accord because they have no benzos in them - which is what prevents anxiety/panic attacks and siezures. All Clonazepam is NOT the same, I don't care what Big Pharma says. I'm now on Actavis, which is not as strong as Teva, so I have to take an additional .25 mg in later afternoon, otherwise I have mild panic attacks until I take my 1 mg before I go to bed. Actavis does not have the same sleep-inducing properties that Teva had, either.

Accord has Benzos I took it for a month. I liked Tevam better but that's not true, you can not test for Benzo while taking them if you drink enough water. I'm on 3 a day and had no withdrawals.

I've been on Klonopin for 20 years, 1.5 mg at bedtime. I noticed the change from green pills to blue and asked my pharmacist about it. He said it was the cheapest generic for them (Dillon's) and that I could not get the green anymore. I never thought much about it...BUT. The last 3 weeks I have had horrible constipation (sorry if TMI). Then yesterday was in a constant state of panic....been literally YEARS since I had been like that. Felt like I couldn't catch my breath..chest and back hurt. Also have been getting horrible headaches, which I never get and feeling like I was about to pass out. I just happened to Google "Blue Klonopin Pill" or some such thing last night. BOOM. I was being given Accord for the last 3 weeks. So...I panicked thinking I was in cold turkey WD and emailed my doc. I woke up today and called Walmart, Walgreens, Dillon's and even a private pharmacy. ALL of them had only Accord!! I was told that Actavis was on backorder due to the switch/acquisition thing with TEVA. I felt like a panicked drug addict. FINALLY, I called a CVS and told them my story. The pharmacist said she had a lot of green Teva and that I should ask my doc to order a 90 day supply. I did ask her and God Bless Her, she did it. I have only had 30 day scrips in the past, but am a former nurse and very forthcoming with my Klonopin use. I told her what I suspected had been happening to me. She came through. I will now have a 3 month period to see if Teva/Actavis will be available. What a cluster. Today I woke up (after finding 2 spare green Teva pills and felt like a million bucks. Slept like a rock. Around 4 pm I had a feeling of panic coming through again, but nothing like yesterday. I am filing a complaint with the FDA and Accord. This is ridiculous and dangerous. Someone is going to die.

After the cold-turkey withdrawal from Teva and switched to Accord in May and part of June, I was switched to Actavis. Went through heck and back with the withdrawal, ended up having a heart attack on June 30 with the two stents placed I described above. Have been on Actavis since the first prescription that was given to me, adjusted to the extra .25 mg in late afternoon, and haven't had any problems with the Actavis. Does not work the same as Teva, but I'm making do. No panic attacks, but makes me wonder if I was working up to that heart attack and all of those things rolled together made a real mess of me for awhile. All I know for sure is that when I switched from Teva to Accord I had immediate cold turkey withdrawal. My psy has specified on my script that it must be Actavis. So I'm good for now.

Do you mean the yellow 1mg clonazepam? If so I'm sad to say the manufacturing plant that makes them got destroyed in a hurricane that hit Puerto Rico in August or Sept. of 2017.

If youre having trouble finding Teva look into CVS pharmacy. Theyre the only place I personally know of that has Teva. Im still getting them and you may be able to order Teva from a CVS if you have a nice phramacist. Good luck and best wishes to anyone having problems.

No. If the pill you got this afternoon doesn't look like the one you took this morning, there is a problem about which you need to ask your pharmacist. FDA allows for +/-24% of the active ingredient in generics. Most insurance will not pay for brand name pharmaceuticals any more.

Sylvia, just want you to know that I'm really sorry that you had the heart attack caused by these pharmaceutical companies. I myself had a stroke because of the Sandoz company changing the way that they made their clonazepam. It's been two years now and I haven't recovered from the stroke that damaged my eyesight. They literally ruined my life. I'm glad that you're doing ok for now. Please, please be extremely careful DON'T ever try to stop taking it on your own you can end up with a stroke like me. There is no solution to this situation because the bottom line is that the pharmaceutical companies only agenda is to make money at anyone's expense. I pray that you will do well and continue to recover after the heart attack. May God Bless us all. This world is made up many, many greedy people that don't believe that there is a hell waiting for them for the hell that they've made out of our precious lives. Yes after two years of suffering from a pharmaceutical company who really didn't care yes I do feel angry. They ruined my life and the lives of many others. Be very careful take care of yourself. What "Blue Pill" are you taking? Sorry you had a hard time taking it, luckily I never had that, I did have issues with it wearing off after and hour and a half, tried to stretch it to two hours max. Which seemed odd that it's shelf life is really short and the company didn't seem to find it an issue when I reported it. After talking with my Dr we came across a Pharmacy outside of my Network that had my old brand of Sandoz Clonazepam in stock as a Special Order. For now I've put the Accord aside and taking Sandoz until August is what the gal said they have enough back-stock to fill my scripts with. That's made my life a lot better, hope your Blue Pill type is working for you if not call around and see if someone has what worked for you as a Special Order. Good luck
