This tablet was prescribed by my family Physician as a vitamin supplement. At that time I was also having the problem of buzzing sound in my left ear. After taking this tablet, to my surprise, the buzzing sound stopped completely.

I have ear problem and I am unable hear low frequency voice/sounds, same I am getting some sound.
Doctor is given Absolute 3g tablet , is this will help us reduce ear problem?
While taking the medicine us there any side effects.
