This is a nutritional/herbal supplement product that also contains vitamins and minerals.

As such, it isn't tested for side effects, as is done for prescription medications.

my problem is giddiness or imbalance only while walking or when ever my body is being activated. Plus extrem fatigue aftr the giddiness. If i rest for some time i remain well. I feel my head is weighted and something happens to the left side. I take medication from a neurology docter but till i havnt felt a markable result i take ciplar 40 for bp

Effective in combating age related issues such as fatigue, waning memory & overall physical debilities and mental faculties. This tablet was precribed to me for mouth allergy due to tobacco, Hope this will help to heal tissue and prevent cancer. I use to have mouth allergy( white lines in month) frequently when I keep on taking this tablet it prevent the allergy caused from tobacco (someless). But I switched to natural prevention like green tea with cardomon and ginger, lemon with honey and lot of fruits and vegetable that also prevent me getting allergy by tobbaco and assist on weightloss, cold etc.etc, better use natural home remedies

In an attempt to answer the various queries raised by many I did some serious reading as also gathered first hand info from medical professionals. This is said to be found effective in treating Neuresthania which is a degenerative brain condition. It is particularly found useful in Tinnitus.
It corrects some inherent imbalances to stop hairloss but result may vary among individuals. The composition is mainly from herbal extracts and some vitamins so no undue side effects are noticed. Yet it is cautioned not to exeed one cap a day and not on an empty stomach. This must be related to the high potency of the composition.
Again, in my own experience this supplement agrees well with me at the age of 71.

Of course any medication is better used under one's doctor's advice and follow up.

This tablet was prescribed by my family Physician as a vitamin supplement. At that time I was also having the problem of buzzing sound in my left ear. After taking this tablet, to my surprise, the buzzing sound stopped completely.
