Orcerin GM is reported to contain the active ingredient Diacerein, which is prescribed for osteoarthritis and chronic inflammatory arthritis. While it is an anti-inflammatory drug, I could not confirm that it is a steroid. Possible side effects may include nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, and urine which is extremely yellow.

Gemcal DS is a vitamin supplement reported to contain Calcium Carbonate 1250 mg + Calcitriol 0.25 mcg, typically prescribed for osteoporosis.

Nofymag reportedly contains Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) + Magnesium Orotate which is advertised as improving energy in muscles, as well as reducing muscle stiffness, pain, and cramps. I would recommend being careful with this one because ATP is often used by bodybuilders and people who want enhanced muscle performance. It may or may not affect the body's natural steroid levels.

Indocap contains the active ingredient Indometacin which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used to reduce fever, pain, stiffness, and swelling. Like other non-selective COX inhibitors, Indometacin can cause peptic ulcers. These ulcers can result in serious bleeding and/or perforation requiring hospitalization of the patient. To reduce the possibility of peptic ulcers, indomethacin should be prescribed at the lowest dosage needed to achieve a therapeutic effect, usually between 50-200 mg/day. It should always be taken with food.

Lofecam SR contains the active ingredient Lornoxicam, which is also a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation and headache.

I hope this information helps and good luck! Be sure to work closely with your doctor since you are taking a variety of medications which may interact with one-another.
