Advice For Glycomet Gp 2

My Mother is diabetic fasting 150 and PP 277 as per the machine and she is taking Glycomate GP2 once in the morning before breakfast and second before dinner, she is of 74 age, is it better to continue or any change should be there as earlier she was taking Glycomat GP-1 and after doctore prescriptio it is changed to Glycomat GP2. Please advice

Those numbers are on the high side. What types of foods does she eat?

Her diet is a large part of managing diabetes and lowering her blood sugar. She needs to stay away from anything sweet, even keeping her intake of most fruits as low as possible and she needs to keep her fat as low as possible. She should be eating more vegetables and whole grains.

Does she get regular exercise? That is also a very important factor.
