Hi just started my final dose today of 72mg of concerta been in them for 4 weeks now and I have to stick at 72 mg but its making me feel spaced and slightly dizzy I did experience this when I took 18mg when I first took them but never the second day is this normal will it pass thanx. ## Hello, Stephen! does anyone out there have the problem I have seems even some Dr's don't understand the difference between ADD and the classic ADHD. Even as a child ,I was different all the kids went out on Sat mornings to play while I couldn't even wake up. I couldn't stay awake in class. Could never keep it together in school. I was always the class dummy. Then I became over weight in my early twenty's. All of a sudden when a Dr put me on diet meds I had a brain that really worked. I have been on concerta for about ten years and all of a sudden I'm back to my old state.can't wake up, can't concentrate. Hello, I am currently seeing a psychiatrist near the school that I go to, and a family practitioner back at home. My school psychiatrist has began prescribing me ritalin along with other depression medication. My new doctor began prescribing me vyvanse, but the dosage is not good enough to make a difference and I will not see him for a while. Would it be possible for me to see a different doctor on top of this one and purchase the ritalin via cash; and not use my insurance, but instead use a different pharmacy while I continue to receive my vyvanse from my other doctor via insurance? Hello! So I am in the military and took half of a 30mg adderall pill at 6:30 am. I got a drug test when I got to work around 7:30. Will it show up in my urine since it wasn't long after? What are the military actions if it turns out positive? (I don't have a prescription)

My son with autism had been given a hair follicle drug test and has tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine. However my other son who shares the same living quarters etc with his brother test results were negative. I have full custody and know they have not been exposed to either of those substances. Are there any medicines that could cause this false positive showing up in my oldest son? He has autism and takes Abilify and Celexa, also cold and allergy medicines as needed. I usually take concerta regularly for add but given the recent military laws you cannot take or have taken concerta to join. I have a asvab coming up in a few days then a drug test the next day around 4 am. If i were to take a dosage 54, how long would it take to get out of my system if i weigh around 127 and am 19 years of age?

Hi, does anyone know of any doctors in New Orleans that will prescribe Adderall IR 30mg? I used to get it when I lived in Manhattan, NYC from my regular physician. Since moving out here to NOLA, the doctors treat everyone like a drug addict making it very hard for people like me who aren't drug addicts and actually need the medication. My current Psychiatrist will only give me Adderall XR 30mg. It's doing nothing for me. The Adderall IR works better and is something like $40 cheaper than the XR. My 11 year old son is taking Concerta. He started that one in '06. They started testing him and it is not showing up in his urine. He takes it each day. I am so worried about him. We have had a Social Worker with a State Cop. He has been tested 6 times, I have ask them to do blood work and they will not, I had to change DR.'s. He is to the point of crying and he tells them what he takes and how often it has gotten way out of hand I do not know what to do. First time I used Methamphetamine by force from my friend (but that time I was pretending)... Sorry for my bad english. Second time i was curious to take it and i did it, and felt really good... The 3rd time on the same day of the 2nd time i tried it again (I don't know about the quantity), it was also great, but I couldn't sleep that night. My tongue was burnt or tasteless for 2 or 3 days.... Does this mean that lets say my friend smoked 1.0 gram of meth Sunday night with his last hit being at 7pm. And lets say he has a drug test Wednesday night.at 5pm. Approximately 70 hours after he took his last hit. So 1.0g x.5 x.5 x.5 x.5 x.5 x.5 x.5 =.0078125 Does this mean that there will be 7.8 thousandths of a gram left in his system after 70 hours of being clean? According to this formula after 100 hours or 4 days of being clean there would be .0009765625 of a gram left in his system. Is .97 thousandths of a gram detectable in a quick urine screen? Not the ones sent to a lab but the quick ones that give the results immediately? I am prescribed adderall 30 ml 3 times a day. I smoked methamphetamine last night and this morning... Will the adderall cover up the methamphetamine in a urine test? What can I do to eliminate the methamphetamine from my system. Should I take more adderall to cover it up? ## no adderall will not cover methamphetamine in a urine test & taking more adderall will not cover it up! ## I worry about this s*** too. Is it normal for the size and shape of a generic drug to vary from store to store? ## These types of pills can be different shapes, colors, and sizes. Even though they are the same mg...for example...a 30mg amphetamine salt combo can come in pink or orange...both act the same and have the same ingredients...even though they look nothing alike. The reason being that they are made from 2 different manufacturers. ## Is D-Amphetamine another name for Adderall? Or is it another version [generic?] of it? I mean what's the difference? Will I pass a urine test if I took the drugs 4-5 days ago? ## Valium has a long half-life, something like 96 hours. (I'm a shrink -- MD with a PhD in Pharmacology). Amphetamines have shorter half-lives, but much determines on the length of your daily use and the dose. There are cheap drug tests and there are expensive, more accurate tests. For example, if I found metabolite of Valium (I think one is desmethyldiazepam, I could correctly state that the pt. took Valium within the past five to seven days.) Lot of variables here, including whether you used brand-name Valium or one of the many generics that are therapeutically INEQUIVALENT.
