My 5yr old was started on dextroamp amphet 5 mg 4days ago. Since he is a lot calmer and focused at school (he was very hyper and unfocused b4 which caused problems) which is good but he doesn't seem as happy as he use to be and seems to have lost a spark to him. Im calling the dr tomarrow but wanted to see if this is common since I haven't seen anything in the sideeffects on this. ## Well, you basically are adding a foreign chemical to the body to try to correct unwanted behavior, so such changes can occur. I need a doctor who will give me adderall for my adhd.My other doctor retired .I live about 50 miles from Knoxville Tennessee ## You will need to see a psychistrist. Some family dr and internal medicine drs prescribe ADHD meds, but they ususally won't prescribe them to new patients. You will also need a copy of your medical records from your dr that retired. If you weren't tested for ADHD, a new dr may want you to be tested before they treat you.

What is Aiza 36? ## Alza 36 contains 36mgs of Methylphenidate, a generic for Concerta, used to treat ADHD and other conditions requiring a stimulant. ## i found a small white pill aprox1/2inch long with the word azia 36 on the side of it from my 15 year old child. i know its used for tx of adhd but she dosen't have and has never had adhd why would she have this pill what are the side effects ## Be concerned; your daughter is a drug dealer.

I have not opened it up but I have taken the brand-name reddish Adderall XR 20mg for quite awhile. This is probably a reverse placebo effect, but the blue one seem less strong oe less smoothe. I was diagnosed by two different physciatrists with severe ADD. I lose thing, I can't rememer dates, appointments, times, names. I am thinking maybe long acting Ritalin would help me more. I have a dexedrine prescription that I received a prior authorization on last year for 150 pills every 30 days. The prior authorization has expired and I need a new one. The pharmacy told me they can only fill for 120 pills until the next prior authorization has been approved so my question is can the pharmacy fill the prescription asking for 150 pills for 120 instead or do I need a whole new script asking just for the 120 ## Hello, Lisa! Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a specialist, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis. PCPs can no longer prescribe them. The best thing to do would be to set yourself up with a new PCP and then have them refer you to someone. That would most likely be the fastest and easiest way to get the help you need. My 11 yr old son was put on 1 mg of intuniv then bumped up to 2mg before Christmas. He had been on concerta for years.. He has been getting into trouble at school.. 5 detentions and is mouthy at home.. Could the intuniv be the problem? ## Hello, Heather! How is your son doing? Do they always come in the orange see through capsules? That's how I receive mine from my doctor. Or do they sometimes come in other colors in regular pill form? I just got a new job and scheduled to take a drug test at 3:30pm. I take Vyvanse 70mg 1 tab first thing in the morning! I've been taking this for years to help with my ADHD! Will this be a problem for me? Even though I am under Physician care, I don't want to have this prevent me from getting my job.

does anyone know what color abbott laboratories desoxyn SRs came in? i have a green pill with the company logo which i think may be that. it is mint green the lower case abbott a is imprinted on the front, and it is scored on the back with no identifying numbers. also it is a very old vintage pill, making it even harder to be certain...help me out, whoever can figure it out gets a fruit basket lol ## The ones I got for a few months in my teens were off white and I think had MI written on it but that was in 1997. I was on the 15 mg ones 2 of them twice a day.

In November, My dr. gave me two prescriptions for adderall. One for December, and one for January. My January one is dated the 15th, but I am going out of the country on the 13th. Would CVS be able to fill my prescription 3 days early? Otherwise, I would run out while in Mexico. I supposedly failed a urine test for amphetamines and marijuana. I failed them when I just got out of the hospital. My prescription drugs are flowmax, methadone, vicodin, meloxicam, amlodipine, and somas. Please let me know which one of my prescriptions caused me to fail?
