The way to tell if they're legitimate would be by the markings on them. Those can be used to research and see what the given capsules contain.
However, the XR formulations are all only available as capsules, not tablets, but the color and markings can vary from one manufacturer to another.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, irritability, weight loss, insomnia and anorexia.
