Just moved back to New Orleans. Have been on Adderall and Clonapin for 8 years recently got off and need to get back on. Have PTSD and ADD. I was recently switched from 10mg ir generic Adderall which was a round blue pill, and am now taking the 20mg ir white generic Adderall pill R 351 and feel that it doesn't give me any effect. It feels like I am not taking anything which is resulting in low energy and motivation as well as a very slim focus. Have not been able to fill my 30mg generic Adderall anywhere in Palm Beach County since Oct. 20, 2014 when my prescription was written. Every pharmacy claims they're still on backorder as of today, 11/08/14. Preferably one that accepts Health Care District of Palm Beach County, such as Publix or Walmart. The 70mg Vyvanse I've been taking as a substitute is not nearly as effective so I haven't been able to accomplish much with it. I tested positive for methamphetamines and have not had any since 2009. they sent the sample to a lab for testing but came back positive. they wouldn't let me retest and send a new sample, instead wanted to retest what they already had. Avutox labs has shown that I was positive for methamphetamine even though I have never even tried the stuff. I do get prescribed adderall which I have been on for 20 years, which I have been booted off cause the results. I was informed by health care specialists that all the patients currently taking adderall have been positive for methamphetamine. This lab is ruining peoples lives and I am trying to gather enough people that have been screwed over by this lab. My daughters doc placed her on Adderall XR starting at 20mg. She is almost 11 but tall and over 100lbs which was docs reason for starting higher. I haven't given it yet. The pharmacist told me it's a middle of the road dose but most start lower. Of course he didn't see how big she is. Anyone able to let me know if this is normal to start at 20mg? She has been tested in school, by a psychologist, and by parent and teacher rating scales. She also tests as having some ODD which the doc thinks is more from the ADD. She is not diagnosed as hyper. It is a round blue pill with a cross on one side the lines go all the way to the edge of the pill it is 10mg on the other side there is 111 and a E ## I want to know if this was filled with the right pills the bottle says it is a oval tablet with b972 on the front and 10 on the back ## Both of the markings you mentioned are tablets that contain 10mgs of mixed Amphetamine salts, the active ingredients in Adderall. Hi can anyone help? I got a positive drug test for 40 micro-grams of MDMA (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine) and 400 micrograms of methamphetamine. Someone suggested this may be due to my asthma inhaler and depression? Could this be true or have i been spiked? My son is in Juvi for methamphetamine and now they're coming after me for a urine and hair test. I did some so I wouldn't go through withdrawals from pain meds. And now I have to take a hair test tomorrow or monday. If I fail I will loose everything, even my kids. I'm so scared I'm getting anxiety. Is there anything I can do? ## I am not trying to be mean but this is really sad. Your son is in a juvenile detention center from a behavior he most likely learned from his own mother. Pain meds are very addictive as well... so he has lived with a drug addicted role model for his whole life. I took adderall xr 20mg yesterday at 11pm and by 11:30 it started to kick in but I felt tired and sluggish on the inside but on the outside I was shaky and energetic and my heart was going fast. Dose Adderall show up as Methamphetamine in a blood test? ## No matter how much or how long you take adderall the drug will leave your body in a maximum of 4-7 days if using the drug everyday all through the day...... If you only used the drug once per day for 20 days or so it will be out of your system in 2-3 days...Drink lots of water, 1-2 days. I'm not a doctor so I can't give advice. I've had it with the generic Adderall CVS brand Actavis. I used to take the brand name and had no issues. Switched insurance and can take the brand again after 5 years. If the doctor changes dose will the pharmacy fill it a week early? Im changing from generic to brand. ## If it is a time released formulation, they usually will fill early if the dosage is changed. Yesterday I took 26mg of concerta 2 hrs before a drug screen. It was a 5 panel pre-employment test. Will I test positive for amphetamines/methamphetamines?? If so will that cause me to fail the screening? Will the testers call me if I test positive and ask what I've taken or will they just send word to my employer that I failed? Please any advice is greatly appreciated... I stopped taking Vyvanse for 5 days then took one 40 mg cap on a Thursday, then didn't take anything for four days. Will it show up in a urine screen? ## It is a stimulant, so yes, it might, according to FDA warnings. Was it prescribed for you? If so, you only need to inform them of that, when you are submitting your sample, so they are aware that you have been taking it. In such cases, results for controlled substances are usually thrown out, unless they have not been prescribed. Is there anything else I can help with?

The only thing i remember taking is tylenol pm for sleep. Can that make you fail a drug test? ## Can Tylenol pm make me test protive for benzodiazepines? ## The Acetaminophen in Tylenol PM has been known to cause false positives according to NIH reports, so it is always best to inform your doctor that you were taking it. They should be able to send your sample out for further testing. There are more precise tests that should be able to distinguish the difference. Is there anything else I can help with?

I took 40 mg of adderall on Tuesday, 20mg on Wednesday and was called this morning which is Thursday for an interview tomorrow Friday. I was informed they do saliva testing.
