Amphetamine In Tylenol Pm

The only thing i remember taking is tylenol pm for sleep. Can that make you fail a drug test?

The Acetaminophen in Tylenol PM has been known to cause false positives according to NIH reports, so it is always best to inform your doctor that you were taking it. They should be able to send your sample out for further testing.

There are more precise tests that should be able to distinguish the difference.
