Yesterday I took 26mg of concerta 2 hrs before a drug screen. It was a 5 panel pre-employment test. Will I test positive for amphetamines/methamphetamines?? If so will that cause me to fail the screening? Will the testers call me if I test positive and ask what I've taken or will they just send word to my employer that I failed? Please any advice is greatly appreciated... I haven't slept a wink since because I'm so stressed about it!

Whenever you are taking a prescribed medication, you should make sure to inform them at the time of testing, since it may negate some results of the test, or it may negate the entire test.
This is a stimulant, so yes, it could show a positive for amphetamines, according to NIH reports. It is also warned that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming.
