"a 10" Blank On Other Side White Oval Pill

I found a oval/oblong white pill with the imprints: A 10 and the other side is blank in my nephew's (who recently came to live with me due to his mother's, my sister's substance abuse) backpack. I was looking for the weekly homework and out popped this pill I cannot identify.... please help

I have oblong flat white pills 10 on one side and blank on the other. It is 10mg of Lorazepam by the name of Ativan

10 on one side, blank on opposite side. small white oblong. I take this pill, it is for the treatment of cholesterol. 10 mg of ezetimibe
