"a 10" Blank On Other Side White Oval Pill

I found a oval/oblong white pill with the imprints: A 10 and the other side is blank in my nephew's (who recently came to live with me due to his mother's, my sister's substance abuse) backpack. I was looking for the weekly homework and out popped this pill I cannot identify.... please help
