3 Medicine Suggested As Alternate For 1 Diabetic Medicine

Hi, I am Diabetic with Blood Sugar (Fasting) - 105mgs/dl & Blood Sugar (Post Food) - 169mgs/dl. My HDL is 58mgs/dl & LDL is 136mgs/dl. The Triglycerides is 195 mgs/dl. I am also having High Blood Pressure of 170/100.
I had been suggested for GLIMMY 4 for Diabetes; REPACE 50 for High BP and AZTOR 20 for Cholesterol. I have been taking these 3 tablets for almost 4 months and my Body weight slowly increased by 10 KG over these 4 months. in my recent consultation with another MD was revealed that consuming GLIMMY 4 alone would sure result in increase of body weight and affect the secretion in the pancreas. Now i have been suggested to take GLADOR 1mg before food; GLUCOBAY 50 along with food & CETAPIN XR after food. Can i be suggested that all 3 medicines suggested as alternate of GLIMMY 4; will support my cause - Thanks

My augar (Fasting) 75 & sugar(PP) 89. HDL 37 & LDL 182 doctor advised me to take AZTORE 20 tablet one to be taken after dinner. Should i have to take it whole life, please let me know its side affect. thanks,
