Could the marking on the pill be 6i perhaps? If so, based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Ibuprofen (600 mg). The 6i can easily be mistaken for I9 or 19.
Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic.
