In the year 2010 Dec I underwent Angoiplastry and put on cardiac related medicines i.e clopid 75mg, ramapril, Atrovastanin, ecospirin,Metoprolol. My sugar level since the past six months is coming out very eratici.e pp160to175 and fasting between 99 to 110 request advice how can the sugar levels be maintained. ## Have you consulted your doctor? i am taking zoryl m1 & m2 tablets OD. please let me know the when to take those tablets that is with or without food / breakfast. If without food / breakfast, what should be the reasonable interval between food/breakfast & medicine intake. ## Zoryl M1 and M2 both contain Glimepiride (1mg and 2mgs, respecitively) and 100mgs of Metformin. Thus, first I'd like to ask why you're taking them both? Did your doctor instruct you to do so? These are oral antidiabetic medications and for the maximum benefit, they should be taken just before a meal, that way they have the chance to start working, by the time you are done eating.

I am diabetic patient for 3 years. Beforehand I was taking Amaryl 1 just before lunch. My sugar level became Fasting 110, PP 170. Then Now i started Zoryl M1. Would you please guide me the time of taking this medicine. Is this the correct medicine? If i take it before breakfast my pp sugar level becomes normal otherwise it goes up to 160-170.

I was using Glimaday-1 everday in the morning before food for the last 7 years. My blood glucose levels always are in control. Suddenly doctor adivsed me to stop the above medicine. Instead he advised me to take zoryl-1 in the morning and 1/2(Half) tablet in the night before food for initial period of 30days.. How far it is useful?

I've been diabetic for the past 15 yrs., taking insulin. My dr. prescribed me zoryl m1 a few months back before breakfast and hum insulin 30/70 14 unit before dinner. It worked well for one month, but after that my ppbs after BF was high 200-270 (1 hr after BF) though ppbs after lunch was normal. Again i changed to zoryl m3 and it did not work. Now i am taking hum insulin R 8 unit before BF and 8 units before lunch and 30/70 16 units before dinner and my sugar level is normal. Can i restart zoryl m1?
