Got some Hemitatrate Zolpidem in Mexico. Small round coated yelow tablets. No imprint. Is this also generic Ambien? ## These are 100% FAKE. They are actually Cyclobenzaprine/Flexeril. They take the stickers off the Cyclobenzaprine bottles and put on a new FAKE sticker that says something like zolpidem. Can't seem to find any info on these ones. Went through a friend's old stuff and found them. She's traveled a lot in her days and I think these are from Thailand. Has someone seen these? Zolpidem Tartrate 10mg possibly defective? I take 1.5 to 2 tabs for me to get a therapeutic effect equivalent to the white generics I used to get from Medco. We used to call it "Buffing." Looking at the mold marks on the Torrent brand. A square with four dots inside it remind me of Mexican counterfeit tab impressions manufactured in latex or silicone hand pressed molds. It is a medication used for the treatment of migraine headaches. ## I just wanted to add that Post #1 is correct about this pill being Sumatriptan (50 mg). For your own verification though, the National Drug Code is: 00378-5631. If you click on the NDC link, it'll direct you to a photograph of the tablet as well. I have 10 generic Zolpidem white round pills with imprint 4 on one side, 93 on the other (from Walgreens). Sometimes they seem to work. Sometimes they don't. The pills are printed two different ways (as you turn them over): 74 face up/93 face down and 74 face up/93 face up. Does it matter or am I nuts? ## Sorry! The box I saw said Nocto O/S Ambien 10mg Sublingual, but when I got them, there is no way they are sublingual. They have an NTE and 10 on one side of the white scored tablet and an imprint on the other side that looks like a circle inside a polygon (or a peach with a stem.....too small to provide a good description). Indian made pills from Mexico. White oblong with 3 5mg tabs for each pill. Scored twice for easy break. Imprint "5" on one side for each section and "arrows" and 56 and 65 in each section on the other side.
