ALL CVS pharmacies just changed the zolpidem from MYLAN manufacturer (out of PA) to TORRENT in India. Because generics can certain behave differently, I am nervous about taking the (10 mg) oblong peach Torrent brand one after reading some things online. I also don't like the idea of CVS using from out of the country manufacturer which HAS to be due to a better price because MYLAN brand is still very readily available. A round gray pill does not work as well although same ingredient does not work as well ## @Chuck, When you switch brand names or manufacturers the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. Certain "inactive" ingredients which may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. So it is possible that you may respond favorably with one medication and not the other (even if they are the same active ingredient). I have used Torrent Pharaceutical Zolpidem 10mg for quite a while and it works just fine. I would always get it from drugstore.com They now have changed from BioScript to Walgreens, and my first order came in the mail yesterday. It is not made by Torrent and does not work for me. I need Torrent. Where can I get this from? ## Unfortunately, there's really no way to know which tablet from any manufacturer that a pharmacy has in stock, especially via mail order. As a matter of fact, the only binder/filler listed on nih.gov is ferric oxide red (Iron). I have a small white round tablet with these numbers M S7 Could this be zolpidem. ## Thats not Zolpidem. That is Sumatriptan. It is a medication used for the treatment of migraine headaches. ## I just wanted to add that Post #1 is correct about this pill being Sumatriptan (50 mg). For your own verification though, the National Drug Code is: 00378-5631. If you click on the NDC link, it'll direct you to a photograph of the tablet as well. Furthermore, a white round Zolpidem tablet should look like this: 00093-0074 (although the imprint may vary based on the dosage or manufacturer). I hope that helps!

I have 10 generic Zolpidem white round pills with imprint 4 on one side, 93 on the other (from Walgreens). Sometimes they seem to work. Sometimes they don't. The pills are printed two different ways (as you turn them over): 74 face up/93 face down and 74 face up/93 face up. Does it matter or am I nuts? ## Sorry! I got a bottle of Hemitartrate Zolpidem 10mg tablets in Mexico. Bottle states manufacturer is Coropharma LLC. The logo for Coropharma products is CORO, but these tablets have a logo of RAAM on them. They don’t work. I only got nightmares, no sleep using them. ## I got the same thing and this RAAM logo pill doesn't work at all. I paid $120 dollars for my rx of 100 pills. ## Same thing happened to me. Terrible nightmares and did not help sleep. I used to be able to get really good Zolpidem. Anyone experiencing leg pain from this drug? After a few hours of being up it's better. I wonder if its the manufacturer that can cause it. I need to find a source for Zolpidem manufactured by Qualitest ## I just checked on the manufacturer's webpage and they do not have Zolpidem listed as one of their products. For many years Qualitest has furnished an excellent generic version of Ambien 10 mg. I have tried various other manufacturers ---Teva, Mylan and they do not work for me. I called Qualitest (now part of Endo and Par Pharma) --- customer service on 2/24/16 and they indicated that they are getting allot of inquiries and stopped producing it in Oct 2015, due to "inability to get certain ingredients." I find this bizarre. It was a great seller. Zolvest comes in a blister pack of 10. They are generic for Ambien. They work better than any other Zolpidem generic I tried. Has anyone tried this medication and if so do you know who the manufacturer is? Also, how did it affect you? Lastly, I was sent this other garbage called Zolfresh and it works nothing like the Zolpidem I've taken for years. The only thing close is Zolvest. I am so PO'ed. I have been taking ambien or zolpidem for years. This time I was given mylan. Is this the same thing? ## Mylan is the name of a drug manufacturer, not a medication. Can you please post back with the markings on the medication in question? The FDA lists the typical side effects of the medication you mentioned as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headaches, sleep actions, and hallucinations.

Yes this little Peach tablet is Zolpidem I take these but I don't like them because I still wake up twice during the night and I'm Up by 4 a.m. and can't get back to sleep I used to take the same medication but in a small white tablet and I only needed half of one and I would sleep all night long I don't know if it's the manufacturer that makes him or not but this one is by Torrent.
