I've been working a regular night shift since January, but in the day time I have not been getting sleep so i started to take zolfresh 5mg per day before sleeping and it is not working effectively. Since i can't get good sleep during the day my manager is always telling me to rest. What shall i do? ## Not all medications work for everyone that tries them. Can I take Zolfresh in the morning? ## You can take it any time you need sleep... I took it when i worked the midnight shift at a police department, otherwise i found it difficult to sleep knowing it was daytime. ## My doctor suggested I take zolfresh 5mg. I want to know how quickly zolfresh takes effect and how long the duration of action is? Also, does it have any side effects? I have to use half of Zolfresh 5mg if Idon't get sleep at night . Some times I skip it for a night / to be franc I use the above dose at alternate night. I am a heart patient/ had a bypass surgery 16 years back and continue to take medicines as per Doctor's advice. Sir, My father 67 yrs old, Diabetic has undergone Heart Bypass Surgery on Feb 9 2011, It is almost 2.5 month and now he is under medication of Cardio Surgeon and Cardio Consultant. He is taking tablets of Imdur 60, Clopivas AP 150, Atrolip 40, Carloc 6.25, Ativan 2, Cardoc H 2.5, Meclizide M, Zolfresh. He is having chronic problem of shievring and Hot Hit inside his body.
