Will Zolam 1.0 reduce blood pressure due to anxiety in the short term? ## Zolam (Alprazolam) is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines. These types of medications work by decreasing "abnormal excitement" within the brain. So it's possible that it may not have a direct effect on one's blood pressure, since that's not necessarily how it works. However from my own observation, if one is in a state of serenity or calmness, their blood pressure is also bound to follow suit, eventually reflecting lower levels. That's just my theory and I may be wrong, but it does make sense logically. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

FORGETTING THINGS YOU DID? Just wondering if anyone has experienced memory loss. I can remember brief flashes of things I may have done prior to falling asleep but cannot recall the actual experience...which is extremely odd for me. For example, I texted several messages to someone but had no memory of it the next morning other than breif flash backs of seeing my cell phone in my hand.
