Z4980 is a large pink oblong pill (I would like to know what it is) ## FOUND THESE??? ## This is generic propoxyphene napsylate 100mg/ acetaminophen 650mg. It is generic for Darvocet-N 100 and is used for mild to moderate pain. It can be addictive, cause nausea, sleepiness and euphoria. ## yes ## thank you

big oval pink pill....Z4980 is on the front of the pill ## Yes, this contains 100mgs of Propoxphene and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Darvocet. This is a very mild, narcotic pain reliever. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness and constipation.
