Found a yellow square pill in a desk drawer with D P on both sides. Don't know what it is and where it came from. The only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication. There are many possibilities of what it could be, this meets the description of several over the counter items, such as cold remedies and some vitamin or herbal supplements. Pill is pale yellow in color is deeply scored on both sides and has an I one one side going vertically. No other markings on the pill. Seems hard (i.e. not very powdery) Any help, much appreciated as I can't find it on any of the normal checkers. ## That imprint is somewhat obscure, so that makes me suspect that the reason you can't find it in the databases is because it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. iIt is a pale yellow color or beige. It is scored on both sides and on one side it has G 4 ## Seizure or anti nausea medication. Take your pick. The little round pill sits on its side perfectly balanced. They are on both sides. The number 2120 is on the opposite side of where the beautiful V is located! Hi, I am currently recovering from surgery in Thailand and needed more xanax to sleep, so went to a pharmacy. She described these pills as being similar to xanax, but I can't find any info on them. They are about 0.8cm long, 0.4cm in width. Scored on one side, "C O" on the other, pale yellow and convex on both sides. ## I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find any listings for these, either. The identity of foreign pills can be difficult to find, since the are not regulated as strictly as those in the U.S. Have you tried asking the pharmacist for most specifics on exactly what they contain? They may be Clonazepam, with the CO on them, but I can't be certain of that. It is a Benzodiazepine, so the same drug class as Xanax.
