So how do I tell if the yellow oblong pill marked 200 on one side is a caffeine pill or friggin Rezulin? ## Rezulin was removed from the market, at the request of the FDA, in 2000. Do you have any idea how old the tablet is that you found? Otherwise, I would be more inclined to think it's a 200mg Caffeine tablet, that is used to treat insomnia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness, and anorexia. I do want to note, though, that Rezulin may still be available in other countries.

It's Excedrin migraine. Available over the counter. An innocent headache med. Still, I do not recommend taking it. ## Hi Amy, thanks for the heads up on the pill identification. I didn't notice anyone asking about it, but I would agree that there are other treatment options for a headache that don't necessarily require a pill or use acetaminophen/caffeine to combat tension. Whatever it may be that is causing one's headache to manifest, practicing mindfulness meditation throughout the day is an excellent remedy (at least in my own experience) that can be applied on the spot to create a sense of relief. When I personally maintain my peace of mind, headaches cease to exist. However when the mind is stressed out and out of balance one's body is more prone to catch and ho...

Small yellow oblong tablet with 45 on one side and UL on the other - I was told it was Meloxicam but mine are round. Can anyone help verify this? ## Hi Malcolm, Is there any chance that the numbers say 15 instead of 45? I located an oblong yellow tablet with 15 on one side and UL on the other that's reportedly identified as Meloxicam 15mg made by a company called Unichem Pharmaceuticals. If you filled your prescription at a licensed pharmacy then there's nothing to really worry about, as they probably just reformulated their product. However, if you got it through other means then it sounds like it may be a counterfeit version of Meloxicam. You can view a photo of the pill by clicking on the following National Drug Code: 29300-125 Hope this helps!

I have a pill i need to identify, it is dark yellow (mustard), oblong shaped and has 4 squares engraved into the pill on one side, there is no marking on the other side, it was prescribed the same time as a ferous Sulphate pill if that helps, i believe it is a vitamin of some kind but I cannot reember the name. ## I'm sorry, but that is a very vague imprint and I can't find anything in our prescription drug databases that match it. Is it possible that, even thought it was a prescription, it was something normally available over the counter? If so, that would explain why it can't be found. Have you tried contacting the pharmacy where you purchased it? They should have record of it and what it contains.
