what color of pill ## It depends on the dosage you are asking about, as well as whether or not it is a generic or the name brand. Without knowing the markings, I can't give you a positive identification, but there is an over the counter Mucinex tablet that is white and yellow. It is a pill. One side is white and one side is a light yellow. the white side has 800 imprinted and the yellow side has Adams imprinted. ## I located a similar match to a oval shaped pill with Adams on the yellow side and 600 on the white side, could this be your pill? If so it's Mucinex DM Extended-Release, which is an expectorant drug sold over the counter and usually taken by mouth to assist the bringing up (expectoration) of phlegm from the airways in acute respiratory tract infections. Please help, anyone. I found a bunch of white, oval-shaped tablets hidden in my son's drawerthat say "Adam 600"...again, these are ALL white, not white and yellow (Mucinex, Humibid) or white and blue. Ecstacy is also called "Adam", and I fear that these are clever illegal drug makers trying to copy the look of an OTC drug. Anyone know it?
