i have social anxiexty panic attacks ## Hi triston, If you suffer from anxiety/depression and need a Benzodiazepine class medication (like Xanax), usually your best bet is to see a psychiatrist, rather than a regular medical doctor. Reason being is that they are better trained in the types of medications that handle these problems and many general physicians are reluctant to prescribe controlled substances due to abuse and the heavy regulations that they have to abide by from the government. If you do opt to see a regular medical doctor, some advice I can give you is to not specifically ask for any given medication right off the bat. Make sure to transfer or take a copy of all your medical records with you. Then, the best approach in my opinion is to discuss what has and hasn't work...

Hey, I'm located in las vegas, nv. I have amerigroup insurance but will pay! I just really need to find a xanax doctor asap that'll prescribe me them asap because my old doctor disappeared on me and now im screwed because it seems like only xanax 2mg bars work for me. I am looking for a psyc in Las Vegas Nevada. I have anxiety and panic attacks. My PCP won't prescribe it suddenly after years of prescribing me 6mg's a day. I have Amerigroup. Please respond. Thank you ## If the Psychiatrist is the only doctor that recommends marijuana in Las Vegas I'm sure you can possibly get Xanax as well. Not a good idea to tell them only the 2 mg Bar works for you, take whatever they offer.

I just recently moved to Vegas from St. George, UT and coincidentally, my primary physician, who was prescribing me xanax for my anxiety disorder (social anxiety, panic attacks, you name it) passed away about 3 months after moving to Vegas. So now, I have to find a physician in Las Vegas who would be open to prescribing xanax because from what I hear, a lot of doctors in this city try to avoid prescribing xanax at all costs. I have mouth cancer that is very painfull and have been taking opioids/pain meds for many years. My tolerance is extremely high, so to have the meds actually work on the pain i'm needing a lot more than most. Since I came back from Michigan 2 years ago I've been living nothing but a hell life month by month getting my prescriptions refilled. I have had mild to severe anxiety for about a year. I went to a doctor in Las Vegas and he prescribed XANAX. I have been taking 1.5 mg daily but feel weak and dizzy a lot. I recently started to deal black jack and find it difficult to concentrate sometimes and feel lightheaded. I am also taking the Nova Ring as a form of birth control which I recently started. I was taking Yasmin and then switched. I would also like to know if Colenapam is better to take for anxiety than Xanax. I feel very weak and know this is abnormal. At the same time, if I try to skip a dose, I some times tremble with anxiety. I want to be drug free and was until the past year. I moved from Florida to Las Vegas and my doctor said I could uses Tele med for 3 months til I find a doctor. I take suboxone and xanax, which pharmacy allows me to use this type of arrangement.
