White pill with DD on one side and a 8 On the other there is a line between the two D's and the 8 is split and looks sort of like a three and another three backwards. ## It's 8mg Dilaudid... (It's an opiate...morphine) and a good one at that!

Looks exactly like Mallinckrodt's 8mg hydromorphone pill....except it's not. Possibly a fake? I was informed this is a kind of heart medication but could find no such information online even searching through the manufacturer site. I did find, however several instances in where the actual manufacturer had made similar mistakes in the past i.e. placing a percentage of incorrect medication into a shipment. Please respond if you definitely know what this could be. I got a triangular white pill with 3 and 8 on both sided with a buble in them. What are these? Please help. ## I located a "possible" match to your pill, based on your description. This pill is white, triangle-shaped, with "M" on one side and "8" on the other. The "M" looks like a "3" if held sideways, so I thought there was a chance that the marking could've been misread on your pill. If you run a search for "m 8 white triangle pill" on google images, you'll see the pill I'm referring to. It is Hydromorphone hydrochloride (8 mg). I found a pill that is white, oblong with a triangle and 571 imprinted on one side and 500 on the other. I am suuming 500 is the mg. ## The pill in description is Metformin hydrochloride ER (500 mg); which is an oral anti-diabetic drug in the biguanide class. Sumatriptan is indicated for the treatment of migraine headaches. It is a white triangle pill with the imprint S on one side and 50 on the other. On one side it has a line that splits it in half but the other side has what looks like a faded square I'm pretty sure but not positive. Each corner of the pills edges are rounded. I'd say its about almost half the size of an average females pinky finger nail. ## There is no way to be completely certain what this contains, without any specific imprint, but there are some anabolic steroids for sale online that meet this description. the pill is a small, white pill with just a triangle on one side, no numbers, found in my house ## I found one tonight just like that ## It's pretty tough to know what it is for sure without any letters or numbers on the pill. There are several possibilities: 1) This is some sort of over the counter product or non FDA approved supplement. They are not regulated by the FDA the way that prescription meds are, thus are not necessarily required to have distinct imprint codes on them 2) This is from a foreign country 3) This is an illegal drug of some sort Keith, do you have any additional details such as where you obtained it, what is has been used for, etc?
