White Pill With M 4

I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. On back of the pill it has a big "5" on it ## Hi Trinity, From what I could gather, the triangular white pill you are describing is Diazepam (5 mg). I'm basing my finding off of someone else's ID on this same pill, due to the lack of available information online; so I'm unable to verify that this is 100% accurate, but I have a good hunch that it is correct and would personally trust that it is in fact Diazepam 5mg. there is either a 6 or a 9 on the back half of the pill that is drawn with sharp lines so that the number is almost an octagon ## I believe I located your pill, Click here to see a picture of the pill. If this is you pill it's Carbamazepine 200 mg, which is an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizing drug used primarily in the treatment of epilepsy and bipolar disorder, as well as trigeminal neuralgia. Oval tablet. Just found in an old purse and wondering why I have it there? ## Does this oval tab have the marking APO on the opposite side of the pill? If so, it is likely Doxazosin mesylate 2 mg (NDC 60505-0094). NOTE: the full marking would be 094 on one side and APO on the other. Doxazosin Mesylate is an alpha blocker used to treat high blood pressure and benign prostatic hyperplasia. ## I also found a white oval caplet with 094 and no markings on the other side. I saw a small,white, round pill with the inscription D0m or DOm on one side of it. The D was above the 0m and there was nothing on the other side. Can anyone identify this pill? ## I found one of these too, did you ever find out what it was?

I think the imprint you're looking at might be A349, many people tend to think it's an R. Can you please double check and let me know? If so, it is manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I just double checked with the local pharmacy and he verified that this is indeed Soma for muscle relaxation.
