White Pill With A 14

I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. there is either a 6 or a 9 on the back half of the pill that is drawn with sharp lines so that the number is almost an octagon ## I believe I located your pill, Click here to see a picture of the pill. I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

I found these while cleaning out med cabinet. They were in an Tylenol 3 bottle, but these surely aren't? Small, round, white; SP on one side, 141 on the other. The pill is white, oval shaped, kind of fat and there are no other imprints on it. Just 149 in blue. ## Hello Suzi, When you say oval shaped is it an oval or a capsule shaped pill? I ask because you say the 149 is in blue which leads me to believe that the pill is actually a capsule with blue writing. I would need this information so that I can get a solid match for your pill, so far all I've been able to find is a blue circular tablet with 149 imprinted in it and I doubt that is what you're describing. I think it is generic for wellbrutrin XL 300mg, but I'm not sure. ## It actually depends on the oval shape. if its got more tapered ends, kind of like an egg, then yes, it contains 300mgs of controlled release Bupropion, the active ingredient in Wellbutrin XR.
