This is 30mg of codeine hcl, no Tylenol in it. These are hard to get unless you have a liver problem. There very addictive. ## Codeine is a narcotic pain reliever and, as such, it has a much of a danger of addiction as any other narcotic. I also wouldn't say they are necessarily harder to get, because they can also be prescribed by some doctors to prevent a liver problem in people that may not have one, but are at risk for it.
