White Pill N 63

I have founf some pills that are white round. They are scored and they have a 0636 on one side. My mom has alzheimers and they are perscribed to her but I dont know what they are or even where thay came from please help ## what is 0630 ## what is 0636 ## These are, and I'm positive about this, Endocet a generic form of Percocet-I get these Px to me and my drug company will only buy generic so this is what I get. ## That ID is correct, 0636 contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Percocet, this is a narcotic pain reliever. csored in half on back ## Hi Jeff, Are there any other markings on the pill aside from the "063"? The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "063" accompanied by a logo. Other than that, it fits your description to the T. The pill I just described is identified as Lorazepam (2 mg). This is a very small round white pill. F D is printed on one side with a break line, 632 is the imprint on other side. ## In my investigation, the pill in description is reportedly identified as Torbutrol (Butorphanol tartrate), indicated for veterinary use in dogs to help alleviate coughing as well as acting as a sedative/pain reliever. Have white pill with half moon and 063 n the SAME SIDE then a line on the other side to split it if necessary ## This is one of the logos being used by Actavis Pharmaceuticals, they used to use a stylized R on these tablets. There is a half moon looking marking on one side, and the numbers 635 on the other side - the pill is yellowish white. ## The closest thing which I have found so far (based on the "half moon looking mark") is Lovastatin 40 mg, manufactured by Actavis. Their pill is described as "yellow, round, flat-faced, beveled edge tablet ... Actavis logo on one side; 635 on the other side" [1]. If you see the manufacturer's logo at the top left of their site you will see that it does resemble a half moon. I hope this information helps!
