The other side has what appears to be a maze line labrinith possably a p in the middle of cicular lines ## Hi, George! Where did you find it? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I've been searching for this off and on ever since I first saw your post, but I've had no luck so far and I was sure that such an unusual imprint would result in something turning up. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Did you ever find out what type of pill it was? ## I have what sounds exactly what you've described. i refilled my script of diazepam/valium 10mg when i ran out in tj bc (mexico) they put them in my old bottle out of a box that contains 20 witch are packaged in square foil like sheets witch you have to push hard to get each pi...

Found a few random white oblong pills. A line down the middle. A "R" on one side. On the other a 20 | mg between the scored part. Any ideas..? ## Hmmm ... Currently I am having trouble pinning down exactly what this could be. My suspicion is that it is a medication from outside the United States. If you don't mind me asking, what country did you find these in? Another possibility is that it might be an over the counter product because the prescription drugs are typically easy to identify due to regulations with unique inscriptions, etc. Do you have any other information, such as a country, manufacturer, packaging, etc? Also, is there any way that you can submit a photo of what the "R" looks like? Is it like a cursive R, a boxed logo, etc? That could also help pin dow...

I have no idea what this tiny pill is. Many years ago when I broke my hip, I got smallish pills like this, but I recall they WERE white, had a capital M inside a square on one side, and a score line on the other side with "15" printed on the upper half scored side of the pill. I’ve read that oxycodone 15s are real light green in color. Oh really? Mine is definitely white, and conforms to all other stated characteristics on this site. Could the color fade over time? Or am I just unable to pick up an alleged light green tint? Would love to know what I found here when trying to clean out under my dresser. Help appreciated. PS: if this IS an old oxycodone 15 mg pill like I used to take, it would have to be from pre-2012. Maybe 15 mg oxycodones were white back then? I always ha...

I just moved from Massachusetts to Maryland to care for my 77 yr old mom and 80 yr old dad. I found the above described pill in the bottom of my mom's medication lock box and I'm not certain what medication it is. I do know that the pharmacy they use often purchases whatever manufacturer has the lowest price which I don't mind. But, I would really appreciate it if the pharmacy owner would have a written description of each medication printed on the label OR have a true to size photo of both sides of a pill on the label. ## Hello, Lisa! What does regular release mean for these pills rp30 I think they not as strong as the blue m box and a214 pills let me know ## Hello, Dominik! How are you? As defined by the FDA, regular release tablets take about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, after you take them. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I have long oval shaped white tablet with L484 on one side. Can anyone identify this for me? ## L 484 is 500 mg Acetaminophen a generic extra strength Tylenol. ## This identification is correct, however, I'd like to add some updated information, since it did not apply at the time these posts were made. As of January 2011, a Black Box warning has been added to over the counter products containing Acetaminophen. It was revealed that it has been responsible for almost half of the Acetaminophen related liver failure instances in the U.S. They have concluded that its relationship to it is mainly due to overdose. Being that it is an over the counter product, many people just assume that it's safe to use as they please. So, this was done in an effort to try to help make it more obvious...
