It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. It is round and white with RP at the top and on the bottom part 111 and on the back just a line going across and it's big and thick. I was told it was a generic over counter pain relief pill made by the company "Dr choice". ## I located a round pink tablet with RP on the top and 111 on the bottom of one side & just a score line on the back of the pill. The issue is that my finding is pink and your description is white. Name: Gas Relief RS (simethicone) Dosage: 80mg Imprint: RP 111 Shape: Round Color: Pink Labeler: CVS Pharmacy, Inc. My only guess is that by "pain relief", it meant "pain caused by excess gas", but if in doubt I would still encourage you to bring this pill you have into your local pharmacy for a second opinion.
