I found a white oblong pill imprinted with bh on one side and blank on the other side, what is it? ## Hi Alexi, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did come across a couple other pills with a very similar marking that could possibly be related. These pills had imprints of "BH 8" and "B8"; each of them being identified as Betahistine (an antivertigo drug). Their markings make me wonder if they could even be from the same manufacturer. Do you have any other clues about the type of medication it might be, based on where you picked it up at? ## its generic for tylenol there called assured 500mg

I looked at the pill upside down also and am not certain if this is a Tylenol or something else? Any ideas? ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up. NDC: 30142-0484 / 56062-484 / 49348-042 Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed I hope this info helps!

I know that you said you weren't reading it upside down but just in case I found a white oblong pill imprinted with L484 that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500mgs) which is a store brand or generic Extra Strength Tylenol. This would be an exact match to your description but only if read upside down. If you are absolutely sure that you are reading it right side up it may even be a good idea to take it into a local pharmacy and see if th...
