A buddy was dispensed a bottle of 100 pills. Not thinking they were of any importance he put them away and forgot about them. While cleaning up I found the bottle and went online. These pills are white, oblong in shape, on one side it says TR then a score line then 50..... This would be Tramadol, right? The thing is the back of the pill is blank, no APO or Ultram. So are these pills 50mg Tramadol (bottle they came in buddy had ripped off the important info and left other info like Drs name). From what I can gather from reading this it does say Hydrochloride 50mg. I just cannot be sure as they lack any stamp/imprint of the back despite looking so much like the APO TR/50 Tramadol. I do have photos if anyone wants to see them, I appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you :D

I ordered Tramadol thru the mail and was sent these small, oblong, white pills. Stamped on one side is APO, other side is stamped TR/50. This doesn't look anything like I've ever seen for Tramadol. small white elongated ## found them in my daughters purse ## Oblong white pill imprinted with 377 is 50mg Tramadol, generic for Ultram. This is a narcotic pain pill. ## Ah, my apologies, it is not a narcotic. ## No Ben, you were correct the first time. They do classify this as a narcotic now, even though it doesn't work like one and acts like a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Since it is derived as an opiate and can result in some cases of dependence or addiction, they have reclassified it as schedule II narcotic.

It is a small, white, oval pill with the imprint APO T150 on the front and 50 50 50 on the back. It looks like a pill that could be easily smudged, so maybe some of the imprints wore off. I would definitely ask your daughter, hopefully she will be honest with you. Trazodone is indicated for: Clinical depression with or without anxiety. Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, to aid in sleeping.
