White Oblong Pain Pills

I found a white oblong pill with 18 on one side and blank in the other. It was scored in the middle. This was in my sons room. Large white oblong (oval) pill with a score line in the middle on each side. On one side it has 9 score 3.on the other side it has 72 score 14. It was with my potassium. I'm trying to identify a white oblong tablet with marking 176. I've come across two of these white oblong pills with this exact marking on them on one side, no markigs on the other side. I was in a serious automobile accident a few years back and was prescribed several medications to help me deal with the pain I experienced as I was recovering. I cannot find any other clues as to their origin beyond that...
