Now they are a combination of Ephedrine and Guaifenesin. 20 and 20 cross imprint on one side and nothing on the other side, tablet type pill ## Actually, I believe the imprint you're looking at is ZC 02, but the tablets are so tiny that it is very hard to make out the markings with the naked eye. The white, round tablet with the crossed score mark and the imprint of ZC 02 contains 25mgs of Promethazine, the active ingredient in Phenergan, it is an antihistamine that's most commonly used to help treat or prevent nausea and vomiting. Used to get them at a truck stop just plane white mini crosses ## Hi Sweets, From what I could find online, the old mini thin's that were once available are no longer being manufactured. I believe this is due to the 25mgs of Ephedrine it contained. Apparently though, there is a newer version now which has been placed in a category of nutritional supplements that reportedly contains: 200mgs of Caffeine + 25mg Synephrine (a molecule that is said to be similar to Ephedrine in so far as how it works, but notably less potent) + a 30 mg blend of Ginseng, Kola Nut extract, Rhondiola Rosea root extract, and White Willow Bark extract. I haven't tried either of them, but some comments I found suggest that the new formula still works pretty well for it's indication. I hope this helps!

I took many in the late 60's and early 70's. They were effective, very clean, and probably methamphetamine hydrochloric salts. They were very small tablets. Later on, around 1976 or so they started using caffeine, so that ended that drugs realm and into the methaqualone era that took many, many good people from this Earth. ## I'm surprised that they don't manufacture this medication illegally instead of methampetamine. I take diazepam tablets every day as prescribed. I've seen at least 20 from india and say zepose 10 on them. I know they are diazepam but i am just wondering if any 1 else is also taking this brand?
