Can someone help me identify these pills: Oval Yellow Marked 13 / 9 On One Side And G on the other. Also found a Diamond Shaped White Pill marked 7427 on one side and 9 / 3 on the other.The "/" is a break section in each pill. I found these in an unmarked pill bottle in the room of my son, who is an active alcoholic.
