Which Multi Vitamin Is Good

Elderly person needs vitamin with following ingredients: Vit. D 400mg, Folic acid 400 mcg., Biotin 300 mcg., Vit. B-12 1,000 mcg., Vit. B-6 100 mg., Selenium 100 mcg., Calcium + D 1,200 mg., Iron 250 mcg., and Vit. C 3,000 mg. Is there any one tablet that comes close to providing these nutrients in these proportions? ## Since most vitamins are over the counter products, there isn't a database that lists all of them and their ingredients. What I'd like to suggest is asking a pharmacist. They usually have a good idea of what's available and can point you in the right direction. Did a doctor say it must be these specific dosages?

Vitamins ## is it good to take conzace multivitamins and diane-35 pill at the same time? ## There are no problems that I'm aware of between taking a multivitamin and oral contraceptives, but it's best to check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. From what I can tell, if the vitamins are strong, you may experience more nausea than usual if you take them together. Are Propan vitamins with iron effective? ## Really, the effectiveness depends on what you are using it for. If you are using it as a vitamin supplement, then yes. However, many of these products are claimed to help treat a lot of conditions and this has really never been proven. Propan with Iron contains 25mgs Buclizine, 80mgs Iron, 10mgs Nicotinamide, 10mgs B1, 5mcgs B12, 1mg B2 and 5mgs of B6. It is listed in the Indian drug databases as helping to improve the appetite. Thus, your doctor may be able to prescribe a cheaper one for you that will have the same effects, if you ask them to do so. My BP is low mostly 90/60 and I take hard getting my sleep at night so most of the time I got my sleep very late. But if I take Propan Buclizine HCI multivitamins and minerals, I have a good sleep at night and good appetite but I feel asleep always at daytime.
