Where Can I Get The 54 411 Buprenorphine 8mg
27 Topics FoundAll pharmacies local to Lakes Region have randomly switched and I've tried every other options and all of them SUCK!!! It's so stressful wondering and waiting to find out which brand they will give me each month. Does anyone know which specific pharmacy has the 54/411 8mg OR the ones that are just like it but have "89" on them? Please reply if so! Thank you ## I just started having the same issue. I'm in southern Maine. Would you be able to write back so we can chat? ## I’m close to NH. Kittery Maine actually. If you want to reply back here I may be able to help. Hope to talk soon.
I'm looking for some feedback on the generic brands they only had sun pharma, actavis and hikma in my area of southwest Florida. Last month I picked up the brand hikma 54 411 from a grocery store/ pharmacy and my insurance covers/pays for most of my co pay which is always $45 monthly for my 120 pills. At this store they charged me 3 x that amount. I never heard of that..so now I'm thinking I might have to try the other of the 2. ## Hi Charlene, Sorry to hear about the unethical price gouging you encountered. While I don't have personal experience with those other manufacturers, I did want to add that someone else's experience with them doesn't necessarily dictate how your body will react or respond to the same medication; whereas the only way to know for certain is t...
I have been prescribed the 54 411 buprenorphine pills for about 7 years now. After my last doc visit I filled my script and they told me the same thing about the 54 411 not being available anymore and I got the 460's from them instead. My opinion...they SUCK! Feels like it has about 1/4 the amount of the 8mg it's supposed to have in it. I've been struggling all month with trying not to take more than I'm supposed to. I'm prescribed 1 8mg pill a day and have been happily taking that dose for about 3 years now down from 2 a day. Why this change has happened I have no idea but for me it's not a good thing at all. Besides the huge difference in price I have nothing good to say about the 460's. Does anyone know of a pharmacy that still carries the 54 411? I use CV...
I've been going to a clinic for almost a year now and each time I get prescribed 8mg Subutex. When I would fill my prescription I would receive 54 411 white tablets. Today when I picked it up I got M 924 white tablets. The only difference I've found is the manufacturer. The manufacturer for the 54 411 is ROXANE and for the M 924 is MYLAN. Are they pretty much the same pill just different imprint/manufacturer? ## I'm trying to figure out the same issue!! ## Yes, these tablets are just manufactured by different companies, which so very common with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction. It has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and c...
I have made the switch from the 8mg films to 8mg buprenorphine tablets only. With all the research I've done and experience I do my best to stay away from actavis mylan and nowadays sandoz. I noticed everyone has enjoyed the Roxanne now westward generics amongst hi-tech coming in second/mylan. I have no experience with mylan bup and don't want to take the risk even as mylan has always been a waste imo. I'm not a fan of allergan (actavis) taking over watson so depending on the drug dispenses I most stay away. There are as of now 7 manufacturers of generic buprenorphine hcl 8mg (generic subutex). They are in order of my preferred with not much experience except with brand name: *roxanne (now westward pharma)- 54 411 *hi tech- 8 ^(arrow) *mylan- M924 *teva (allergen/activas own...
Is there a difference between 54 411 tablets and the orange half moon subutex? My son seems to think the 54 411 makes him sick. Is there any ingredient difference? ## The 54 411 pill made by Roxane Labs (with a National Drug Code of 00054-0177), contains the following set of inactive ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, corn starch, crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, povidone, and sodium citrate The orange half moon 153 subutex pill made by Actavis (with a National Drug Code of 0228-3153) contains: anhydrous citric acid, crospovidone, fd & c yellow no. 6, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, corn starch, povidones, and trisodium citrate dihydrate I know some of us are more sensitive than others to various inert ingredients (such as dye'...
So I went to the pharmacy yesterday to get my script and they told me they were out but they would have more tomorrow. When I picked my script up it wasn't what I normally get. They told me it was a generic but I have never seen them before and I have been in treatment for years now. I have tried looking them up but can't find any reviews or anything really on them. Has anyone ever gotten these? And do they work as good as the 54 411? Also it is kind of minty which reminded me of suboxone and I'm not prescribed suboxone. ## I just got them too. Ive never seen these before either but i dont notice the difference in how they work. They pretty much work the same. ## This tablet is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 8mgs of Buprenorphine. The FDA ...
I've been taking Buprenorphine 8mg for 3 1/2 years now, all of a sudden every pharmacy in our area (that I know of) has switched the manufacturer they are order from, frustrating to me as I just seem to see a difference all though there shouldn't be. Does anyone know a pharmacy that still carries bup mg with the imprint 54 411? ## Same here. Every store is on backorder for the past 7 days. I'm from mid south Pa. ## Same here!!! I'm from Salt Lake City, Utah, and I've been on it for 8 years now. It started a month ago, when the pharmacies were on back order for 54 411, and now it's EVERY TYPE of generic Buprenorphine from every manufacturer. Last week, I went to fill my script, and people were fighting over ONE BROKEN TABLET!!! I wish pharmacies, manufacturers, an...
I have an 8mg subutex.ive been on suboxone for ten months and now im out of meds. Will this subutex replace the suboxone as the same,or is it different. ## The difference between the two is that the Suboxone contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone, the latter is used to neutralize other opiates and prevent their abuse, while someone is under treatment with it. The Subutex, however, only contains the narcotic Buprenorphine. Have you talked to your doctor for assistance?
This is for people who actually take Subutex for the intended purpose for which it is used. So if you actually take the medication sublingually, this thread will help you. I have been taking buprenorphine for three and a half years now. This is what I have found: (8mg) Best: Actavis 153/half moon (orange) Middle: Roxanne 54/411 (white) Worst: Hi-Tech 8/arrow Again, this is for people who take medication as prescribed. You can actually break the medication in half and put it and the front of your lip like dip & chewing tobacco. It will take longer for it to dissolve like this but you will get much much more of the bupe. ## Does keeping the leftover saliva\bupe mixture under your toung for longer periods help at all? I try not to swallow the bupe-liva for 30 min.+...but it's a pai...

It's just like suboxone except they mainly give it to pregnant women whp are coming off drugs. Subutex is safer then Suboxone during pregnancy. ## That is correct, this tablet is an 8mg sublingual Buprenorphine tablets, that's a generic for Subutex. It is used to replace Suboxone in pregnant woman or in people that may be allergic to Naloxone. Learn more Buprenorphine details here. Are there any questions or comments? ## My friend got these pills and they are supposed to be suboxone. They are round and white. One side has 155 and the other side is a moon shape. Can someone please tell me what these pills are? Thanks! ## It is a new pill that is replacing the orange pills that are suboxone. You can no longer get the orange pill form of suboxone now they are white with a half moon...
This is a round white pill with 54 about 411 on one side & blank on the other side. ## This has been identified as 8mgs Buprenorphine, a generic for Subutex, commonly used to treat narcotic addiction and severe chronic pain. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You can read more on it here: Do you have any other questions? ## is this drug harmful to the kidneys? ## Hi. I'd like to know how to take that pill marked "54 411" (Suboxone)?
Has anyone ever taken or hear about a peach/orange covered, oval subutex with the inscription 54 411 on it? .. I can't find these particular ones online anywhere but I believe theyre brand new and I was also wondering what milligram they are? ## The last time I filled my script that's what they were, Orange, oval, 8mg bupenorphen. ## Hi Challen, These orange oval tablets must be fairly new, as per my research, 8mg Buprenorphine Hydrochloride with an imprint of 54 411 is still identified as being white and round. On the other hand, 8mg Buprenorphine Hydrochloride has also been made available in an orange oval tablet with 153 on one side and an Actavis half moon logo on the other. These are somewhat new as well, so not to be mistaken for the other orange oval tablet that you'r...
If i was concerned that my daughter might be shooting this type of pill, what would I be seeing? ## This tablet contains 8mgs of Buprenorphine, which is a very potent narcotic, it is used in both Subutex and Suboxone and this is a sublingual tablet, so there'd really be no need to take it via injection, it's designed to dissolve under the tongue and work fast. Learn more Buprenorphine details here. The effects would be similar to that of other narcotics, drowsy, dizzy, pinpoint eyes and etc. Has she been known to shoot stuff up? ## if so it would be hard to notice physical symptoms since they're probably use to seeing her high all the time on a much more powerful opioid. I was a H addict for 8 years and I'm still on subutex. its been two years now. in the beginning i kne...
Does the Buprenorphine 8mg 460 work as well as 54 411's? I'm curious as I've seen other imprints, just not 460. Please let me know if they are better or worse. ## BETTER. The only thing is they taste a tad worse. I use 1mg a day and these are slightly smaller and worker slightly better in my opinion. ## Among other influential factors, some people may respond better or worse to the different binders/fillers upon switching from one tablet to the next. That said, the only true way to compare efficacy is to go through trial and error with both versions yourself and not solely based off someone else's feedback. Inactive ingredients in the 460 pill are: Lactose Monohydrate, Mannitol, Povidones, Anhydrous Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Butylated Hydroxyanisole, Magnesium Stearat...
I'm trying to stop using H and I have the 54 411, round, white, subutex pills. Do I have to wait 24 hours from my last usage to take one or can I take it right away? I don't want to get withdrawal symptoms from taking it too soon. But I don't want to wait 24 hours because I start feeling sick much sooner than that. ## Hello, Timetoquit! How are you? This is an 8mg sublingual Buprenorphine tablet, a generic for Subutex and since this does not contain the Naloxone that is used in Suboxone to neutralize other opiates, you do not have to be in full withdrawal to start this one, it shouldn't throw you into precipitated withdrawals. Thus, you should take it according to your doctor's instructions. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming an...
round white pill 54 411 on one side and the other blank ## its an 8mg generic subutex, same as suboxone ## This is a Generic Subutex OPIOD pill used to treat opiod dependence as in heroin addicts, etc. Sort of like Methadone. These pills are very very new as generics and hard to find, they were released by roxane pharmacuticals on october 9th of 2009. They are made with Talc (non-biodegradeable) instead of the non generic originals which are made with the better ingredient corn starch! ## Thank you for providing that information, these do seem to be very new, as I can't find a listing for this marking anywhere. While Buprenorphine is most commonly used to treat addiction, it can also be used to treat some cases of severe pain, in which other medications have stopped helping or faile...
Is there a opiate blocker in white pill 54 411?? ## Hello, Chad! How are you? No, this tablet is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories and they list it as containing 8mgs of Buprenorphine. However, it does tend to take a strong hold on the opiate receptors and can still block others from working. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
Are the new white small pills with an 8 on one side and an arrow on the other side, subutex 8mg? ## Yes, that does match the description of an 8mg Buprenorphine, sublingual tablet, the generic for Subutex. They describe the logo as being a dart. This is an opiate narcotic that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction and it may cause side effects, that can include: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache.
