What do you think is the best over the counter medicine or vitamins that don't distroy your liver? Do you think seeing a Doctor & getting medicine? I was hoping to avoid medicine at all. I'm really not having a hard time. I would like to get a good night's sleep. It seems to get bad at night time. I take propan cap. every night before I sleep. I tried taking it after breakfast and I get so sleepy when at school. Propan improved my weight after 3 mos. I really gained weight, but is it good if I'm taking Cherifer pgm and propan at the same time? I'd just red that taking cherifer is effective at morning coz it's boost our energy throughout the day. Especially if this cherifer has vit B complex... and also drinking milk has a bad reaction when you take cherifer at the same time because calcium in milk is not good with iron... that's why cherifer is best at morning or if you want you can drink your milk at night before you sleep. I'm a 26 year old male. It was a usual night I was sleeping and suddenly I felt numbness in my left leg and left arm and I don't know whether it was because of my sleeping posture. I am on storwin together with cardicor,ecotrin and 1/2 lisindopril. Besides these i take eltroxin, omega., vit C ! calcium., talomil and vit B , my doctor suggested alternate nights on storwin with enzyme Q10 on other night. My cardiologist says my aching legs day and night are "all in the mind". I find this unacceptable and he also suggested that i go off storwin for a month and see if it makes a difference. So i am very confused and not happy to be in pain like this
