What happens if you take 4 triple C? ## Hello, John! How are you? A round, red tablet with the numbers 411 on it in manufactured by Value Merchandisers and they list it as containing 4mgs of Chlorpheniramine and 30mgs of Dextromethorphan. It is sold under the name Cough Cold HBP, meaning it is designated as safe for people with high blood pressure. Its typical side effects are listed by the FDA as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and dry nose. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you're referring to as Triple C. A friend of my husbands mentioned that he was taking subxone. I was curious as to what it was. He showed one to me but it looks exactly like a generic percocet but has different numbers. My friens split what she says is a subutex with me one side has the 54 on it the other has a line do they have 8 mg subutexs with a line scored on one side that arent completely flat ## Hi sammijo, I haven't seen any Subutex that are scored as you mentioned them to be (at least from looking online). I don't know if there was a bottom number but it's a white round pill with 54 on top ## I located a white round pill with "54" on top and "142" on the bottom, to be identified as Methadone hydrochloride 10 mg. I was givin a what is suppose to be subutex but ive never seen one like this before, its got a 54 on the one side and a score mark in the middle on the other. Its almost like the 54 411s but it is more contoured on the face unlike the 54 411 as they are kind of flat.it is white also. I can somewhat see part of the last number of the 3 on the bottom which looks to be a 6? Anybody kno of any subutex like this?

I found this pill on the ground outside my apt. It looks like a possible percocet but i have never seen ones with those numbers on it. one side is blank the other has a 54 over a 411 ## The pill marked 77 155 doesn't come up in drug databases, so I am unable to find any information on it. I was however able to find the pill imprint 54 411; which is identified as 8mg of Buprenorphine hydrochloride (sublingual). It is a semi-synthetic opioid that is used to treat opioid (often heroin) addiction in higher dosages (>2Âmg) and to control moderate pain in non-opioid tolerant individuals in lower dosages (~200Âg).
