The only tablet that Teva lists as being close to this is a yellow tablet with TEVA on one side and the numbers 4364 on the other, above a score line. They list it as containing 100mgs of Labetalol, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thanks!

I work in a school and found three blue coated triangle pills scored on one side 100 and UGR on the other packaged in a small plastic baggie that you would typically find $20 worth of marijuana in. Please help me identify this pill. Dark blue coating on the outside white inside says 100 on the outside. It could say 1000 on it the end was eaten off of it ## And this is another one, I am very sorry, but so far I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description, though I've checked several databases.
