I'M CLARKE FROM DELHI. GETTING 3 MG ACCITROM TABLET FROM LAST 1 YR. AS MY OPERATION TAKE PLACE 1 YR BACK C/O POST MVR (25MM ST. JUDE MECHANICALE VALVE CHANGED ON 15/5/2013. AT PRESENT ON TEST PT INR (BLOOD ) IT SHOWS -1.38. PLEASE SUGGEST MET HOW CAN IT BE NORMAL.

I currently take 20mg of adderall for my adhd. I recently had my aortic valve replaced with a calf valve. My adderall doesn't seem to have the same effects anymore. Could the valve possibly be the reason? ## It's very doubtful! How long have you been taking this dosage? Your body may just have gotten tolerant to it. I have been on norspan patches 20mg for 18 months. I have ended up with tinnitus. could you please tell me how to get off norspan ## After 17 months of Norspan use I too concur regard tinnitus and its getting louder. BUT I have had "industrial deafness" for close enough to 30 years anyway and this constant screaming has been so much a part of my life I had all but accepted it. I am finding that the patches are only lasting me 5 days and not 7 as designed. I cannot take pills due to the other meds I must take for the heart valve and diabetes. My mother was dx in March 2015 with congestive heart failure. She originally had a double heart valve replacement (May 2011) for her mitral and aortic valves. It seemed ever since she was sick (before the endocarditis dx) that her immune system was compromised greatly. My mom was taken to a regular dr appt. I am a 42 year old male. i had undergone AVR bicuspid on 18/3/2014 (mechanical valve). since then i am getting PT checks every month. I am healthy. @ what levels would I have to change the dosage of Acitrom between 3mg / 4mg? my PT level as of now is 3.51, & I am using Acitrom 4 mg. I have been told by my Surgeon that the PT levels are supposed to be between 2.5 - 3. How do I maintain the PT levels at this healthy rate & how do i define blood thin / thickness in terms of 3 mg / 4mg?

I'm 63 and was admitted 4 weeks ago to ICU in a Pretoria Hospital and for the first time was diagnosed with hi BP and irregular heart beat from 50 to 148 and a problem in the lower heart chambers. They repair a valve and Adco Bisocor 5mg was prescribe for the high BP and Arycor 200 for the irregular heart beat and Warfarin to regulate the blood thickness and Aspavor 20mg for cholesterol. I take 2mg of Coumadin every day and will be for the rest of my life because I have a mechanical aortic valve that I got in 2013. No issues at all with the Coumadin other than I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Called to make an appointment with my rheumatologist and he wouldn’t even see me, stating there was nothing available for managing my osteoarthritis that I could take with Coumadin. I underwent Aeotic valve replacement in April 2006. After 6 months Dr. prescribed 3 tablets viz. Amalong 5mg, Ecosprin 150 mg, and Storvas 10mg. There was no problem upto 2013 December. For the past one and half years I developed Prostate condition (urine passes slowly), of course my creatinine is 1.1. Dr.says that deposits in the urine bladder may be a reason. I just want to know whether any side effect is possible because of the above medicines. I am 67 now. ## It is doubtful, such medications usually cause increased urination and, occasionally, kidney stones, according to the NIH. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, and joint/muscle aches. Are you taking anything to help with your prostate issue?

Have 46 BPM at rest; now cut 25mg Metoprolo tablet in half to lower dose as prescribed by cardio doc. had ascending aortic aneurysm repair, and aortic valve replaced (bovine) in 2003. There are several issues that could cause this and only your doctor is going to be able to help you get to the root of the problem. The Metoprolol might be working too well and making your heart beat to slowly. I've had that happen with several medications myself. How long have you been on the lowered dosage? I have a small prolapse of the valve in the left chamber of my heart and it is very uncomfortable with an extra sistole. I am on Hexarone 100mg in the morning and 50mg evening.
