They should be able to come up with a good taper plan for you and also might have other meds to put you on to make this process easier. Talk to you doctor about Gabapentin (good prescription med to help you with the restleg/sleep/pain you get at night). Also an anxiety med during the day would be helpful. If you have been ordering it off the internet and/or are not able to get a doctor here are some suggestions. Hello all. I usually take Vicodin when I have bad back pain, but wanted to try something that wouldn't knock me out. I asked my Dr about Tramadol and he said he'd only prescribe one or the other. Long story short I filled my script and got green and orange capsules in a blister pack from Zenlabs. The pack says the drug is Zendol-50, containing 50 mg of Tramadol.
