Hi! I'm 2 week delayed my last menstrual period is oct.28 November to december 14 im missed my period. I think I am pregnant so I took a pregnancy test on December 14 at the morning and then the result is positive PT but in the evening im bleeding with a slightly pain in my lower abdomen on December 15 I take a 1 tablet of mefenamic acid to release my pain but I go to CR i saw my napkin have a small blood clot form and dark red color when I wiped it and now till December 18 I'm bleed with pain and I take a PT again the result is negative what it means? ive experienced fainting, diarrhea, severe abdominal cramps on the first day of my period starting again. Earlier i found my mefenamic acid tablets that was prescribed to me last year, i was wondering if i could take paracetamol as well as the mefenamic acid tablet. I went to the Dr 2 months back to ask about my period pains and my skin problem and he said my skin will be fine and prescribed the right medicine that doesn't have any side effects. I got my periods on the 17th of May. I took MP Forte Capsules on the 24th of June, but my next period has not yet come. I had tested via peganews also but it's negative. ## Why were you taking these tablets? MP Forte contains Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid, this used to treat pain, fever and swelling. I have been prescribed this medicine called Trapic (the composition is Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid) 3 times a day for 4 days to stop bleeding, as I've been having abnormal bleeding between periods for more than 12 days now. I have taken Trapic for 2 days now. However, I also took 2 tablets of Restyl (Alprazolam IP 0.25 mg) yesterday to get some sleep and the bleeding has not stopped yet.
