I am under going with Leon 500 after every TBCG injectin. as a antibiotic fir prevention of infection but it is of no use. ## What do you mean it is of no use? Do you mean you are getting infections anyway? If so, have you talked to your doctor about it? You may need to try a different antibiotic, or a different dosage.

I found a couple of pills, I need to know what they are...... white G037 this is white in color and oblong shaped ## Hello, Leona! How are you? Good call! This tablet is manufactured by Tris Pharma and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per tablet. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. I have acne on the back of my neck. My age is 71 years. I have tried antibiotics with no success. I am desperate. Info I got says it is incurable. Please help. ## Hello, Leon! How are you? Actually, since this cream contains a steroid, it can cause acne as a side effect, so it isn't likely to help, according to the NIH. Acne is always curable, so to speak, depending on the underlying cause. If you deal with whatever is causing it, the acne will go away. Are you on any medications? Did your doctor give you any idea of what's causing the acne?

My name is Leon, over the past five years or so I injured my lower back from the sport cricket. I was the fastest bowler in my cricket club, then one day in a practice session I bowled and I get a shock in my lower back and could not walk due to the pain in my lower back. I went to the hospital, did some scan and they could not find anything amiss. They then gave me an inj. for the pain and some Panadol. A few days later I was good to go, but a year back as I was in the shower I bend and could not move my lower back. That same pain hit me like a train again, so I checked in at the hospital, where they could not find anything wrong. I was treated the same way then sent home. In just a few days I was all good to go again. Now I am in the same boat all over again. Plz help.

it is now the 6th day... applied antibiotic ointment yet the wound is still wet and prickingly painful when moved ## Hi, Leonard! Sorry about the burn. However, a third degree burn wouldn't be painful and would be such a deep burn into your muscle tissue that it would require medical attention. If it's wet and painful, then it's most likely a second degree burn. If that's the case, then you need to keep it clean and cool. However, there is no way to cure it, it will only heal with time. Have you had your doctor check it out? You should do so, just to be certain it doesn't get infected. Aloe Vera gel can also be very soothing.

I've been advised to stop taking blood thinners pre-op and want to know if any of my meds or vitamin supplements are blood thinners? ## Hi Leonard, Can you please take a moment to list the specific medications and vitamins or supplements that you're currently on? There are many substances (both prescription and OTC/natural) that could fall under this category; so to narrow it down based on your unique situation would make providing an answer much easier. Hope all is well! ## I’d like to try turmeric tea. They say you can’t drink it if you're on blood thinners. Is Coversyl a blood thinner? I'm prescribed 120 tablets of oxycodone every month for chronic pain. I just got a full knee replacement. He then wrote me 180 pills for this month. Is that legal? ## Hello, Leonard! How are you? Yes, they can prescribe more under certain circumstances and its perfectly legal. Generally, they just prescribe more for a short period of time and not as an ongoing thing. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

The number is 210 .it is a big white pill. Looks like an ibeprophen. ## Amlodipine.. it's your high blood pressure medication ## Hello Kim, I am a little confused on what you mean by "210 on one side and on the other side okay". Does that mean that both sides of the pill have the imprint 210 or does your pill actually have the imprint "okay" on one side. Assuming it's the prior, I believe that Leon is correct in saying that what you have is an amlodipine which is medication for high blood pressure. I will provide some additional information on this pill. NDC: 67877-198 Imprint: 210 Label Author:...

How are you? What dosage are you taking? It isn't harmful to take 2 doses a day, I am on the same medication and split mine up that way, as well, with my doctor's approval, because it gives me better control of the anxiety and OCD symptoms that I was experiencing from perimenopause.
