My daughter called last night and wanted to make sure the pharmacy had given her the right medicine. Has happened in the past. It has 229 on one side and I can't figure out what it is on the other side. ## Is it a white or orangish colored tablet? The side that doesn't have 40 on it has a line down the middle but i can't read what it has going around the pill ## The closest match I could find shows that the pill is identified as Furosemide (40 mg). However the markings you are unable to read can significantly change what this pill could be. On this specific pill I located, the number 40 is on one side; and on the other side there is a score line across the middle, with the words 'Mylan' on the top half of the line and the numbers '216' on the bottom half. Does this sound or look familiar based on what you can see? I found a small round white pill with the letters ASP on one side. Any idea what it is? ## An over the counter Aspirin tablet. I can't be completely sure of the dosage, because the manufacturer marks all of their tablets with ASP, but I've personally purchased ones in the 325mg dosage that meet this description. Found a very small white round pill, scored line on one side and U on the other. Can't seem to find what it is, any help? ## How small is it? Can you post back and try to give a better idea? Is it about the size of an birth control pill? If so, that's very well what it may be. They tend to get away with more obscure imprints and some even get away with not having any, since they are so tiny.
