Shannon, if you suffer from pain either due to an injury or a chronic condition, this is an excellent medication. It is the best narcotic pain medication you can get. Serious spine issues. Too many to list, multiple sugeries, multiple needed surgeries and failed surgeries. My doc prescribes 30mg of oxicodone/roxi whatever. My pills have always been blue. This time, my insurance company decided I was taking too much, lowered my dose and gave me some white NP 15 generic brand equal to 30mg. Load of crap. They do not help with the pain AT ALL. I tried taking 3 at one time. No relief. I feel it's a plecebo. I'm sweating, in pain, and no one gives a rats ass. This medicine allows me to work. I can not afford to live on disability. I have scoliosis and 5 slipped discs L1-L5 and c1 which is causing me more bother. Went to pain clinic and he asked where is most of your pain and I replied at the moment its a burning pain so its different. He didnt have any notes and after giving him a list of medication he said oh you take 60mg of oramorph and dihydacodeine. He said tha he was going to start me on oxicodone. percodan ## I've been on Norco 10/325s x 2, 10/day for 5 yrs and Opana 20mg x 7 = 140mgs for 4 yrs now. Started at 10mg and worked my way up in the past 4 yrs. Now the Norco doesn't do much for the pain anymore nor do I even get a buzz, so my doc switched me to Roxicodone 30mg x 6/day. Am I going to go through withdrawls from the Norco or will the Roxicodone keep me from having them? I've taken Roxicodone before, but I think they were 5s or 15s.
