Morning or evening? ## Clopiwin contains the active ingredient Clopidogrel, which is a prescription drug marketed for use in treating/preventing various heart problems or stroke. Im a 62 yr old south african and have been using adco alzam for a year. I've recently stopped using it . Since then ive beem experiencing lameness in back neck nd head area, no pain though, insomnia is over now but i am very tense.
