Due to the sensitive nature of its inherent use-case, I would think it's imperative that you discuss dosing and administration with your prescribing doctor. General dosing guidelines suggest taking 75mg once daily with or without food. However, they do not mention what time of day you should take it.

Im a 62 yr old south african and have been using adco alzam for a year. I've recently stopped using it . Since then ive beem experiencing lameness in back neck nd head area, no pain though, insomnia is over now but i am very tense. Should i be concerned about this? ## I am a 62 yr old south African diagnosed with ischaemic heart disease. I was stented a year ago though I still feel a bit of lameness in my fore arm and recently in my neck and back. I don't know if this is a new ailment.
